CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

this class is designed to ignite the day. early rise and reset. brief off the bike warm up, saddle up for 45 minutes of spin and brief weights, cool down and brief stretching

this cycling class is all about fun. you are going to see themes, dancing, dabbling in the choreo, adventures and all around a jamming good time.

this class model steps into a heady ride with deep beats, limited ques, and all around internal experience. focusing on the endurance and the grit of it all. prepare to be in longer climbs, longer sprints and maintaining a focus on tenacity and stamina on the bike.

a roughly 60 minute power yoga class. each instructor does offer a varied approach to teaching a power class.  the continuity within the series looks like building deeper strength and fortitude within your yoga practice.

45-60 minute-ish of a free practice, very accessible and accommodating to all levels of strength and mobility.

open to kiddos around 4 and up! 30 minutes of movement, breathwork and body regulation practice.

60 full minutes of movement, stretching, breathwork and relaxation. extremely accessible to all varied levels of mobility and strength.
